Food Preservation Class July 20th

On Tuesday, July 20th, from 5-8 PM, at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds (Exhibit Hall), The Growing Community Project and the Lewis and Clark County Extension are sponsoring a FREE class on food preservation!  Come learn from Yellowstone County Extension agent Bernie Mason about: pressure canning, canner gauge testing, water bath canning, pickling, freezing, and making jams and jellies.
