Learn more about Native Plants – Tuesday May 21st

Come join the Native Plant Society, Helena Garden Club and Master Gardeners May 21st, Tuesday night at 6 pm in the Certified Wildlife Habitat Demonstration garden on the east side of Montana Wild, 2668 Broadwater Avenue, Helena, MT to learn the difference between a weed and a native plant. We will be weeding the garden planted last summer so the new plants and seedlings can get established. If you have gardening gear bring it along (small hand rakes, mini hoes, dandelion weeder, gloves, knee pads and small bucket to collect weeds) as well as some drinking water. You can see what has been blooming in the garden by visiting the Spring 2013 Montana Certified Wildlife Habitat Garden Album on the Helena Garden Club Facebook site – https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.463283793745566.1073741825.118863621520920&type=1&l=1941f9f480.
